When you find a vegan wine producer, you know it's a good day. Discovering Larry Cherubino's extensive collection of beautiful, delicious, and vegan-friendly wines at a tasting last week has put Australian wine even higher up my list of favourites.
With a lovely floral nose of jasmine and honeysuckle, nicely balanced with apricot sweetness and a crisp refreshing finish, Emiliana's Adobe Riserva was the perfect vegan-friendly Viognier to find at a country pub in the middle of nowhere, and a shining example of just how good organic, sustainable, and biodynamic wines can be!
